"Checked washer, put into diagnostics, no codes, spinning up smooth without clothes. Cx says the machine walks 7 out of 10 times. Called tech line RS# 773866395He believes it is a loading issue and possibly the pedestal. Suggested trying without the pedestal. I asked if it could be the control, he said since there are no codes, he said no. He also checked to see if there are any software issues, none known of.Cx not happy that issue is not resolved. Suggested calling customer relations."

David did great work - unfortunately the repairs did not correct the problem. Maytag now wants me to take the washer off the pedestal to see if that fixes the vibration issue - which is not covered by the warranty. I am not sure how I will get that done.
