D3 Appliance is a great company. I highly recommend them! Everyone is extremely attentive to the whole process of your appliance issues. From the moment you call, you are greeted by exceptional staff who work really hard to make sure they get all the information they need to get you scheduled and your appliances back to brand new. We bought a BRAND NEW 4 piece set of kitchen appliances from a local warehouse, and within the hour realized the oven had issues. New and broken! Our technician, Ralph, was amazing! He went through the oven with a fine tooth comb to ensure there were no hidden issues that may come up in the future. When ordering parts, the appliance manufacturer made several attempts to send parts to our home, all for them to be broken and/or damaged. The folks at D3 Appliance had the parts shipped to their office for inspection more than once before we could get a part that could actually be used. This was above and beyond service. All while these parts were being acquired, the dishwasher display went out. Again, they handled everything perfectly. They ordered the parts needed and also fixed the dishwasher the same day as the oven. Very efficient! I cannot thank D3 Appliance enough for their hard work in bringing my NEW appliances back to BRAND NEW. Thank you D3, thank you Ralph, thank you!
