"Unit getting a lot of condensation from vapor and oils around filters (which must constantly be cleaned) as well as around chimney on ceiling (pics). Unit has strong vacuum so piping is good. Can hear trap doors shutting when unit turned off. Cust has noticed condensation in wood frame surrounding vent piping thru rafters. Problem has been noticed occurring most often when cold outside. Vent tubing is double insulated with 6 pipe going from unit inside to roof outside with an 8 pipe surrounding 6thruput. Called techline says needs to make sure backdraft damper is properly installed at the roof exit location, no other piece of equipment is necessary and all points to either misinstalled or missing backdraft damper. Closing call."

"UPON ARRIVAQL UNITN IS COOLING, CHECKED INTERNAL TEMPS AND THE FZ TEMPED AT 0 DEGREES AND FRIDGE WAS AT 36 DEGREES, BELIEVE HOME WAS NOT HEATING AT THE TIME DUE TO ITS A CABIN, ND THE TEMPS MAY HAVE GOTTEN BELOW 50 DEGREES, BUT CURRENT;Y UNIT IS RUNNING CORRNALBE TO GET SIGNATURES FOR THE RECIEPT OR MOVING THE UNIT, ALSO NOT SURE IF WE NEED THE RECIEPT COULD NOT GET AHOLD OF AMY."
