"Customer signed disclaimer. Removed unit took top cover off. Checked diode,capacitor,transformer. All checked good. Started unit. checked amperage draw when heating 15.4 good. Checked all switches are good. Did find the mounting bracket for switches on right side abit loose. Tightened properly. Test unit several minutes is working. For the vibration did find a mounting screw for right of panel really loose tightened tight. Vibration didnt come back. Please fill ouit whirlpool tech satisfaction survey."

Customer signed disclaimer. Checked vent for restriction .49 timed dry no heat. Good within specifications. Removed vent Checked temp timed dry high setting 159 hi lo 135 good. Checked function in regular normal medium high auto dry no sensing. Checked wire harness at control doiund connector touching thr plug but not snapped in place. Connected right then test again with wet towels. It is now sensing the dampness. Also noticed that towels werent toucing the sensor bars very much. Lowered front of dryer to help towels touch more consistently. Customer also needs for vent tubing to be redone so it doesnt kink. Unit is working as should. Put into diagnostics test 6 initially dampner would not open. Disconnected dampner connector and connector at control and cut pwr to control. Reconnected all and dampner started working activated several times. Is now working. Customer will use as is. Not replace any parts.
