Did hear some rattling noise will perform TSP W11695259 Ran unit with a load It is important that load is balanced if gets out of balance will need to pause cycle and reposition load. These units the basket floats and moves around easily. Feet are solid to floor. Also when unit starts to spin it is normal for the load to shift side to side then should smooth out somewhat. It is normal to get a bit of a thumping noise the drain hose comes from the basket and when it shakes will get a normal thump. Unit is operating as should.
