Customer signed disclaimer. Called tech line with issue believe customer is removing glass too quickly causing ice to get hung up in chute. Needs to back off on dispenser lever just enough to stop auger motor but hold flapper open to let all ice fall thru. Explained this to customer. Please fill out whirlpool tech satisfaction survey. Customer signed disclaimers. Put into spin and unit makes a knocking noise. Tilted back found rotor bolt loose. Removed and installed loctite on bolt then reinstalled and torqued down.
