Overall, I am dissatisfied with the service rendered. Over the course of almost two months, I have wanted my dryer to be repaired. While the initial scheduling of a first appointment did take a month, which is fine, the first attempt did not fix the dryer. The repair tech did not even test the dryer and left. The issues continued with the dryer and while the second attempt to repair was a simple in person phone call with a Master technician not an actual repair. Ultimately, it would take yet another visit to finally fix the dryer.. Communication was also not satisfactory. When I had called after the first failed attempt, Chris had told me that he didn't have the phone number to his own manager. I have reported this experience, in its entirety, to Maytag/Whirlpool.
