CX complaint - right before the final spin cycle- whirling noise loud noise - Inspected unit and found the retaining bolt that holds the rotor on cameout - Applied loc-tite and secured bolt - advised cx to wait 24 hours before using unit - Unit should be good to go

Larry was great. Was able to troubleshoot and order the parts for my refrigerator. The wait time between the parts arriving and Larry returning was 2 plus weeks. I was without a refrigerator for almost a month. The person communicating with me through text did not really seam to care. When Larry returned, parts replaced, and everything is now working great. If it wasn’t for the wait and the person responding to my text, I would give this review a 5.
