Antonio was knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. He diagnosed the problem and it was a part I had already purchased to install myself. When I asked him to please go ahead and install it, he said he would have to call his company to see what he would have to charge. He was told $179 .00 on top of the already charged $149.00 service fee to show up. I refused that fee and decided to do it myself. Antonio was great; the company not so for wanting to charge so much for a Job that only took me 7-8 minutes to do!
