"Called the tech line (SR7741951032), and they said the issue is with the drain hose installation. Right now, the hose is lying flat on the ground, but it needs to be raised to the tub level of the machine. Because its flat, its interfering with the pressure sensor that controls the water level. Thats why when the unit starts, it fills with water, then drains, and stops after a certain amount of time. Once they adjust the drain hose properly, they should try running the unit again."

Anthony was very helpful. He explained everything clearly and in detail. We could not duplicate the malfunction we had but he ran a thorough check, repositioned the machine and explained the position as compared to the position it was in. He seems to have fixed the problem we could not duplicate. Whether it was the position of the machine, drain hose, or, as he explained, the need to just run some more to limber up stiff parts, we do not seem to have the squeal/screeching any more. Thank you for your help.
