"4/17/26 BA: CC spark from cooktop is inconsistent and during operation. Tech found the spark igniters to be out of position. Tech performed maintenance on the cooktop to ensure proper lighting and operation. During this the tech accidentally broke the left rear igniter for the burner. Customer kept a spare so tech installed the igniter and took $30 of the diagnostic for the part. Service is complete, customer approved."

Replaced gas regulator and gas valve and test it cx wasnt happy but told cx to cook and see how it does I took pictures of it to me it seems low still but not sure told cx to monitor. Since Im not sure if is high enough

3/31/26 BA: Cx complaint that unit is not heating and they have already purchased an oven igniter. Tech did verify that old igniter in oven was faulty. Tech replaced the igniter and tested machine. All operations normal and service is complete.

Replaced switch for middle grill burner. Tested operation and grill now working properly. RK

Cleaning person disassembled top burners to clean and could not reassemble. Assembled burners so burner tube is over gas valve bonnet. Tested all four burners

"Installed both griddle igniters, one working, other traced wires and started pulling apart connections under electrical tape.Customer said has had service before with harness. Customer request refund and will buy new."

Unit was shipped with wrong colored bezels. Take removed an replaced bezels with correct colored ones. Tested all knobs for proper operation and found no further issues. Service complete

No noises heard Checked all fans and compressor mounts CX complained about louder humming and ramping during the eveningUnit is in a big room in a cabinet cavity Tech line attributes noise to inverter driven compressor ramping during the evening due to usage And also ambient sound levels in home being less at night.Advised CX to video sound if it returns or sounds abnormal All cooling functions are working

Unit working properly and as designed. All flames are the correct color and size. Power burner working as designed for its shape and size. RK
