Two burners having a problem either constant clicking or not igniting. Adjusted all burner igniters. Unit check ok.

"found frridge evap frozen around the evaporator, caqlling bluestar and myself both agree someone may have left the door ajar and that is what caused the issue, if issue reappears cust to call. AMY PLZ SEND CUST EMAILED RECIEPT"

"Door magnet not lining up causing unit to think door is still open. Called tech support and they recommend replacing the door since there is no way of adjusting the magnet, part#700557, transferred to customer service because customer has been having issues that they want reassurance before moving forward. After speaking with Allen from customer service, customer is awaiting callback from Bluestar on whether or not theyre going to replace the entire unit. Customer will inform us once he gets word. If door replacement is necessary, two men will be required"
