The email and text message updates were sufficient but a phone call to confirm dates and times adds a much better level of customer service. I don’t always check my emails, sometimes not even daily. The technician is great! I have worked with him before on other jobs and he is very professional.

Matt was very knowledgeable and completed all the work quickly and professionally, with great skill and communication. Although we never want to need service, when that time comes I would welcome having him do the work for us.

D-3/OK and Erik Husby were wonderful. Communication was easy by both text and email after initial call was placed. The technician called with notice prior to arrival and was right on time. The diagnostics were accurate. Parts were ordered and arrived in a timely fashion. Erik gave instructions to avoid further problems and solutions to other questions that I posed to him. This was a very good experience !

Professional friendly on time solved the problem

D 3 Appliance was happy to get James out to service our dishwasher ASAP. He arrived on time, knew exactly what the problem was & fixed it. My wife had a couple of questions re/Bosch operations, which James answered and showed her how to solve them. We are happy with D3 Appliance and repairman, James!

Great help. Great personality

Eric is a distinct asset to your company. He was very knowledgeable about our Bosch dishwasher and what could cause the problems we have experienced. After he replaced a defective drain pump, the unit was still showing an error could which he found to be a kink in the drain hose on the back side of the unit under the counter. Once he straightened the hose and rerouted it back through the cabinets to the sink area, all was fine. I ran a trial washing and he called me back after two and a half hours to make sure that there were no error codes after the cycle finished. Very Costumer friendly. Wish all of the repair personnel in Summit county were as accommodating as he was.

Excellent service from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, the technician arrived on time, and they were honest about what was needed (and what wasn’t). It’s refreshing to work with a company that doesn’t try to upsell or overcomplicate things. Our oven is working perfectly now!

We really appreciated Scott coming to fix our dishwasher after a long wait for the ordered part and our original service person being out sick. It was right before Christmas and was so thankful he fit us in and it was fixed right the first time 🙂

Slow, lack of customer service, didn't care when repair was complete, lost our parts, then refused to overnight replacement parts. Crap company
