can not access control due to upper chimney covering will need to be removed to access. cust to call back if needed once covering has been removed

Installed new control and same issue. Spoke with TL and found issue leads back to a back motor. Customer to have manufacturer send new motor out. Will call to reschedule. Still need 2nd man

Hood vent needs new UI selector swtich control. Customer to order part from manufacturer. Will call to set up appointment once part is in. Customer will.be out of town for 2weeks. NEED 2 MAN.
