JG June 30th 1:07 PM contacted client informed her Im on my way and my ETA is 1:45 PMClient doesnt know why a door lock was sent. Her issue was pans not properly heating evenly. I did test door lock via child lock mode and verified the door locks and unlocks fine. Looked over user manual and found the following issues : client is not using correct pans sizes for the burner they are using. Pans are too small and are not filling the minimal line indicated in book/ cook top. The cast iron pan failed the leveling (ruler test) in booklet. Pans also do not have induction compatibility noted on the backside. All heaters do work and are sensing pans. Spoke with tech support who agree this is a costumer education situation and no machine fault found Client states door lock

Replaced the bottom base have to take machine whole apart to do that unwired the control took board out out new base in install all wires level the machine raise legs ran hass and it passed

Found sealed system with massive restriction with high side at 200 psi. Sealed system has been worked on several times over the past year and is on the 4th compressor. This is not something we should get into. Customer happy with some kind of answers and is going to buy a new one. RK179.95AUTH 33CRX4

Found that condenser fan blade had a small piece of plastic sticking off in his rubbing. Remove piece of plastic tested and the machine runs quietly now. Also clean the condenser for the customer while I was in there.
