"Upon arrival, I noticed that the airflow to the outside was only about 50 percent of what I would expect. First I cleaned out the lint filter with soap and water to remove residue caused by bounce fabric sheets. Then tested airflow again. I noticed better airflow but not perfect yet. Using my oven cart, I removed the dryer from it's raised location and inspect the flexible venting. It checked okay. Once I put the dryer back into it's place I tested it again and airflow is a little better that when I arrived. There are no sensor bars on this unit. Diagnostics did not demonstrate that there were any issues found with sensors. Since dryer is appearing to run better now that the residue is washed off of the filter assembly, we are going to try that and see if it improves functionality of dryer and the customer will let us know if that does not work. Also informed him that if an automatic cycle does not want to work, I asked him to try a time to try cycle to see if that improves it."

Tested unit several cycles unable to duplicate issue. Customer complaint stating condensation built up in dryer and long drive times. Checked over unit all checks good instructed customer to get venting looked at and corrected job complete.

Removed and replaced left and right freezer drawer rails. Tested operation ok and customer is satisfied. Adjusted mullion door closer and level of unit. Everything is now level and square.RK

Removed and installed new bellows cycle tested unit all tested fine

Replaced broken moisture sensor bar.

Checked and cleaned pin trap. Tested and is operating as expected

Tested unit found shock mount not anchored corrected tested all tested fine at time of repair

"Checked unit, found the grinding noise. Saw the build up of lint in blower. Checked the rollers and pulley. All rolling properly. Cleaned blower. Tested unit, no grinding noises. Unit is operating as designed."

Installed parts tested machine working as should no errors

Tested unit found squeek in housing took unit apart checked over unit tightened all screws possible reassembled unit all. Tested fine at this time Job Complete
