"Customer's complaint unit needs new hinge on refrigerator door this is a twin unit. They did not level the unit and so the bottom of the refrigerator is leaning backwards, causing the toe kick to not attach correctly and the door rubs on it, the bolt on the left front wheel is broken off. Unable to repair customer is either gonna order a new wheel or get a new unit. Since it is brand spanking, new\n But that is the issue, it is not the hinge. Needing to be replaced, unit needs to be leveled and in order to do so, the roller on the left side in the front of the refrigerator needs to be replaced because the level\n Ing screw was broke off inside and just sitting there."

Customer is complaining of lots of vibration noise coming from dryer. Some of the noise was coming from the rear exterior panel so I tightened all screws in th back and most I'd not all the noise has gone. Customer is still not happy with the noise coming from the seam on the drum and I informed her I could replace the drum but the new drum could be noisier then this one. What she is hearing is the seam of the drum going over the rollers and I told her overall it's pretty quiet compared to most dryers.

"I found that the door switch was not being activated so the alarm was being set off and the light would not work. I leveled the unit, raised the door pan a little bit and then took off the cover for the Reed switch and in short all that was good. Only after messing with the Reed switch the door seem to function perfectly every time. I push the Reed switch into position and also made sure the wires were out of the way when I put the cover back into place."

Worst repair experience I’ve ever had. Rescheduled 4 times, terrible communication, finally canceled as we couldn’t trust the most recent rescheduled date would even happen and then even though canceled by me and the dispatching manufacturer they still tried to come. Your text service does not work. We get texts asking us to text and no one ever responds.

Your service was impacted by repeated, unavoidable health issues affecting the only technician in your area. Those circumstances forced reschedules outside our control. The post-cancellation arrival was a manufacturer dispatch overlap, not disregard, and the text issue stemmed from that same breakdown.
This experience fell short. We apologize for the disruption and frustration it caused.

Machine is working. Nathan did a fine job on diagnostics and repair.
Now, scheduling is another thing. This washer broke beginning of August. It took a month for replacement parts to arrive. (Not DS3 fault.). What should have happened was Nathan should have been scheduled to repair right after the parts showed up. But what happened was I got rescheduled two weeks out. Then there was a hiccup and got pushed another two weeks. Then Nathan was sick and I got pushed out another two weeks.
Somehow DS3 needs to put a priority on first come first serve until it's repaired. To be repeatedly sent to the back of the line is not right. You really need to rethink this and not do what is easiest for the schedulers. If a scheduler needs to move appointments to fit in a long awaiting project to be done, then so be it.
I was very very upset about these unnecessary delays and hope DS3 is not invoked with a future repair.

Tech that came to home was awesome. Great communication on thorny issue and how he was going to approach solving it. Clear it might take 2 steps and it did. The process of getting Electrolux to hand this off for repair and having to prove ownership was awful.
