I purchased the washing machine in September of the previous year. After three months of use, the machine began to leak. I contacted the customer support team of the brand, and they dispatched three different technicians; however, none of them were able to resolve the issue. Ultimately, I was referred to a technician from D3, who demonstrated clear expertise and proficiency. The technician from D3 performed an excellent job. I am highly satisfied with the service provided.

Our first visit with a technician was June 12. Our washer was not actually functional until September 5th. This was a warranty service through GE so I wasn’t able to change repair companies, otherwise I would have never felt it was acceptable for it to take 4 visits over the course of three months for a washer repair. At one point, the technician accused me of doing something that set us back, however I did exactly what the repair notes stated he had done, which made it clear he never actually did that. After the washer was finally functional, he left our house, then returned to the property and started picking peaches off of my peach tree. He did not ask, just helped himself. I found this completely disrespectful and unacceptable. I asked him what he was doing and his response was that “they would get used”. Again, unacceptable. We use our peaches every year and it was not ok for him to make an assumption and help himself. I will never use D3 again. Between the poor communication, the absurd times between service appointments, and his entitlement to just take produce off of my trees without asking, they are a company I would not recommend to a friend.

I scheduled an apt online after scheduling they emailed me and cancelled that apt but sent up another apt. For the next week. The day of my apt a stayed home all day waiting. I did not receive a call/ text/ or email tell around 6pm, that simply said that they moved my apt to the following Monday Morning . I was busy Monday morning so I got online and rescheduled for Tuesday. Monday morning they sent me a email saying my apt was cancelled and they scheduled me for 3 weeks out. I called them and the lady said she could still put me on the schedule for Monday afternoon. A tech came out named Seth, he sent me texts with arrival times, was professional, efficient and nice. He was great and fixed my dryer but scheduling was awful. Seth get 5 stars Scheduling 1

Both of the gentlemen were knowledgeable and courteous. Very knowledgeable.

Made diagnoses quickly and remedied the problem. Was mentoring a new hire so showed him how to diagnose another problem that could cause the spin problem I had. Really appreciated his help and information he provided to avoid the spin problem in the future

He showed up on time, determined what needed to be fixed, ordered the parts, the return trip worked with my schedule.

This was Erik’s 2nd time to fix an appliance for us. He is wonderful, knowledgeable and super pleasant. We enthusiastically recommend him!!!

I got a next-day appointment. Jerimiah arrived and diagnosed the problem quickly and stayed to visit with appliance manufacturer customer service as the issue required their support.

Easily diagnosed the problem with our oven, ordered the part, and installed the part quickly when it came in 2 weeks later. Good communication via text. Only reason not 5 stars is the cost for service seemed very high.
