Verified information customer signed disclaimer.Checked the unit and found the condenser was plugged with dust. Vacuumed and brushed it clean.Found the refrigerator door was hanging low. Found the bottom hing was hanging out and the top screw was stripped. Replaced the top screw with one a size larger and adjust the door to seal. Found that the door gasket could use to be replacing. Door is sealed and cooling as designed.Thank you.

Checked the unit MN SN POP Customer signed disclaimer.Turned the unit on and found the belt was off.Removed the top panel and front door panel Reattached the belt and drum.Reassembled the unit.Tested 0

Replace faulty door seal. Test op. All okay.

Installed new burnner wires and burner head then turn both burners on for proper operation and unit tested good

Checked the unit MN SN POP Customer signed the disclaimer.Removed the freezer panel and unbolted the evap Pulled out loose and unhooked the defrost heater. Reattached it and reassembled the unit Pulled out out and removed the control box unhooked and removed the defrost timer. Installed the new one and hooked up the wires. Tested the defrost it stopped the fan and heats up watched it turn off on temp. And unit tested good.Please fill out a technician survey.Thank you

Replaced burners and Infiniti switch test it and test it okay

Checked unit MN SN POP Customer signed disclaimer Opened unit and removed top panel.Removed drum and removed the interlock switch.Installed new switch. And reassembled the unit.
