Verified voltage, drain pump motor bearing and wash pump motor bearing are not moving removed hose to verify, water inlet is restricted from the valve as the solenoid is not opening all the way. Attempted to verify outside of cycle programs in test mode, FC E2 error code. Verified UI is getting voltage. Drain pump, recirculation pump, water valve and user interface board.
