Reassembled and test operation of icemaker. Did a cycle test of icemaker went thru ok. Did a fill test ok. No error codes present in test 56 when done. Is operating as should. "Signed disclaimer. Replaced slides left and right Adjust heat element so stays down, Drawer was hitting on it. Also the seal affects how the drawer pulls up to the main body of the unit. 4th appointment, still not fixed. I have been without a fridge for almost 2 months. When I call they will not direct me to a manager or to the department at whirlpool that determines whether a replacement can be made, they just say a technician must put in a request and I have to wait week after week
