Unit tripping breaker intermittently depending how many elements are on and how long. Breaker is bad due to due unit not tripping breaker immediately. Unit is set to double 50s. And when it trips breakers are hot. Unit only trips after a period of time. Advised Cust to get breaker swapped out. Cust has no knowledge of part being recvd. Will call back if found to return.

Previously, another man came, pressed buttons while talking on the phone and didn’t bother to talk to us except to say our dryer venting needed cleaning. We did. Prior phone calls to D3Aok got us rude people answering the phone about this dryer problem (not drying but getting hot to the touch). Warranty service.
