"Cage fix from last time I was here is working great, no ice build up and getting full cubes. Called tech support and they showed me where to put a small cut on the new full tube. Installed new tube. ice maker is working great."

"upon opening up the fridge, i did get an oder,but before having cust remove product, smelled freezer area ans had no odor, called tech support to find out how many evaporators this unit has it only has one, removed evap cover in the freezer and saw no signs of a refrigerant leak, and cust says she is not experiencing any temp issues, told her it may be some food, her reply was thats not possible, currently have no clue whats making the smell. fridge seems to be working correctly"
