I purchased a Maytag commercial washer. It was NOT inexpensive. It has not functioned correctly from day one. Over the months I’ve had many, many MANY visits from various appliance repair companies and technicians, all to no avail. Sean was the technician with my last repair call. He knew immediately what the problem was and ordered the parts. As I had to wait almost 1 month for his return visit to install the new parts, you can imagine the mountain of laundry I have been doing since Sean’s service call. The water levels I select work perfectly. The wash cycle I select comes on, the rinse cycle comes on. The spin cycle comes on. Everything is working perfectly so far. It was always hit and miss in the past and frustrating beyond belief. I think Sean should be training technicians, because he seriously was the only one that was able to fix this expensive paperweight that I was so sorry I purchased. Now that it functions properly, I am very happy! Fingers crossed that it stays that way. Good job, Sean! Thank you so much!

Nathan was professional and pleasant and the ultimate practice of treating the customer with respect. IN addition, he had the problem fixed quickly, cleaned up and headed on his way. I had the worst customer experience with the 1st tech and Nathan changed me from a dissatisfied customer to a very satisfied customer!

Service Has Always Been 5Star. Unfortunately I have met Aaron 7 times. 3 calls same problem total run time maybe 2.5 months in a year. I Need A new dryer different model. I Like Aaron Tho. FYI If the Techs in the Field had more empowerment it would save a lot of $ in gas and labor.

Jason did a great job. My issue is not with Jason. The rep I spoke with on my initial call was off putting. This is a brand new machine, she asked a number of superfluous questions. Do Inhave extended warranty? Am Incertain there is an issue? Did I try to balance the machine? It was a horrible experience at a time when a brand new machine was NOT working

My service in home was Personable, prompt to the scheduled time would call again if I need a repair or service. My only issue with the company is how long it took to get out here, it was a long lead time.
