Replaced inner stainless steel door and lower rack handle

Verified the unit information & customer signed disclaimer.Opened the freezer and checked the ice maker.Found the water line was frozen up.Removed ice maker and and the water spout.Cleaned the spout and melted the ice from the water line .Reassembled the unit and put I've maker back I to place.Reset the unit . Made adjustment to install and all checks ok. door springs are fine and are weighted for a cabinet door panel to be installed which customer now wants to have done. RK

Pulled the unit out and removed the panel on top and adjusted the hight adjuster. Replaced left & right convection fan motors

Verified the unit information.Customer gave permission for service over phone.Checked the unit and found that the controller was unresponsive. Removed the crisper drawer and removed the Tray Operating unit. Checked the wire connections pushed them together Plugged the unit back in and restored power And it is working . Turned on the ice maker. The unit needs a new water filter. Water can not get through the one that is in it.Tested good.

Put it in test mode and tested the SGDP and the drain pump . Turned off the power to the unit and pulled it out.Removed the top panel and the control panel .Removed the UI from the control panel.Installed the new UI into the control panel and reassembled the unit. Restored the power. The display board came on and started run update screen.Customer needs to go to the miele home connect app.And connect to the unit to start the update.I can not update it without the WiFi information.But the display is functional.
