Miele Repair Jobs and Surveys

Cancelling call. Was not at all comfortable with situation of repairing a unit after a unit was lobotomized no with information. Disclosed Cust would be charged labor and service call with no guarantees that it would work afterwards due to situation. Loose wires inside were not labeled or categorized to show where connections were made prior to previous repair company sent out relay board for reparations.

Checked the unit MN SN POP Customer signed disclaimer.Checked unit the unit . Tested the unit and went into settings.Adjusted the keypad sensitivity to quick touch.Examined the door gasket and found that it was stretched around the top left of the door on the top oven. Adjusted it to make it even around the door frame.Removed the door from the oven and checked the hingesPut the door back on and assured that it was fully seated.Tested and unit is as designed by the factory. I checked the unit MN SN POP Customer signed disclaimer.Opened the door to the unit and removed the Drawer and removed the right side roller cover.Installed the new cover and fitting. Reassembled the unit. Checked the unit MN SN POP Customer signed disclaimer.Opened the unit and checked for any error codes.The unit had no stored errors. Ran tests on the unit.Checked and found that the rinse aid was empty.Found some under the sink and filled it up.Went into the settings and set up the unit. Rinse aid was set at 2 so I moved it up to a 4.Found that the unit was not leveled properly and was low on the left side. I adjusted and leveled the unit.Tested the unit on an express wash..The unit starts out in a drain and ran through the wash .I listened to the detergent door open and the rinse aid pump activated. The unit needs to have the salt refilled. I turned the breaker on and it tripped immediately.
