"Called technical support.Put the unit into service mode and ran codes Unit had 440,441,442,506. Line voltage.Checked the connections and made sure they where all tight. Checked the voltage from the wall good.Pulled the unit and checked the connections inside the unit and found wires to the display was not seated completely.Reattached and reassembled the unit. Reinstalled the unit and tested .The unit tested good operating as designed by factory."

"Complaint of water dripping, already replaced valve, filled glass of water 8:38am and placed blue paper towel under dispenser. Called tech line again, advised to check for kinks in water line at valve per bulletin, already replaced valve but checked again for kinks in line. 9:06am still no drip from dispenser. See photos. Case # 21148270"

Trimmed tubing and re-seated quick connector underneath freezer door that goes to dispenser. Waited 30 minutes and dispenser did not leak one drop. RK

Turned the breaker back on Started the control and watched it update. Set clock and tested the unit.
