"Unit working properly. The amount of water i pulled from tub is normal and necessary so that tub seal doesnt dry out. The customer noticed it now because of the odor. Customer needs to run several cleaning cyucles as explained, reduce detergent use. All else checks ok. RK"

"Found dryer cycling well, temps holding good. Customer states dryer vent was cleaned. Appeared to have new corrugated vent put on unit, vent is extremely long and bent over 360 degrees before entering the wall. Found vent runs about 15 feet turning another 180plus degrees to the outside vent. Advise customer that vent from unit to wall need to be shortened and have less bend in it."

Installed washer door and ran spin cycle. Did not collect any money.

Replaced thermal cut out. Good air flow with vent disconnected.

Customers complaint unit is going out of balance and walking i ran it empty into a sinse and spin and one of the feet was to far so I adjusted it and put a small load and ran another rinse and spin a the unit ran to specification
