Replaced ice maker and both refrigerator door switches.

"(JG) 11:13am may/8/2026 contacted client notified eta 12:00 Clients concern is the bottom three drawers and 1 drawer above are freezing veggies. Verified frozen veggies and documented. Hooked unit up to diagnostics module no active errors, unit is set to proper temps. Verified the ice damper isnt stuck open, no heavy frosting on food facing side of cap cover.checked with tech support who states that the unit may have poor air circulation due to unit being stored with too many items.Showed client user manual in unit that has storage location indicators & recommend storing less items in shelfs for better air flow"

Verified the unit information customer signed disclaimer.Checked the unit and found the freezer was frozen up.Put the unit into service mode and tested the components.Ran the unit on a defrost cycle.The unit did run the defrost and melted the ice.Checked the units door gasket it is good.Checked the ice maker. Found the ice maker power cord wrapped around the fill hose and causing it to drip over and freeze up .Adjusted the wires so they where run differently .Reassembled the unit.The freezer is cooling down.Ice maker will start when the freezer gets to temperature.Thank you.

5/1/26 BA: replaced freezer drawer trim piece and installed metal strip that covers the screws. No further issues to report. Service is complete.

Installed new compressior and drier then vacuumed and added r600 to sealed system unit is holding at 36 degrees unit is working properly

4/20/26 BA: CC ice blockage in freezer and causing leak. Tech defrosted the unit and cleared blockage from drain line. Reassembled and tested. Customer approved. Service complete.

(JG) April/15/2026 called client @ 11:11am to inform eta 60 min.$200.00 CC Auth# AR9Y993880868Service wrench symbol on bottom right display. No complaints if cooling issues. Cant find active errors. Spoke with tech support to see recommendations. Nothing else to be done but general maintenance. Recommended client replace water filter and get condenser coils done yearly. Advised themTo get a golden module and showed sticker on how to obtain one for free. Advised hard reset of unit for 15 mins. Client paid 200$ for cleaning . Heavy debris removed from coil area and drain pan.

(Jg) April/14/26 Replaced and adjusted top grill.Had establishment sign off on job completed.

Replaced compressor and condenser fan

4/3/26 BA: CX complaint unit is leaking onto floor. Tech diagnosed the machine and found a clogged drain. Tech cleared the debris from the drain line and tested for leaks. No further issues noted and service is complete.

There is no leak regarding this claim.The display screen for fridge and freezer at the top vent came from manufacturer secured via mastic tape to hold it in place. The screens werent centered by 16th of an inch. Re secured and centered screens.Per Rick no charge
