Scott provided a repair warranty service call. The first repair was unsuccessful. There was a leak in the sealed system. Scott used his technical competence and patience to find the leak. He repaired it, recharged the system and the refrigerator now works fine. Thanks Scott is also a very pleasant person and enjoyable to work with.

Ralph does a great job. Unfortunately the mistakes made by the two earlier D3 employees were not fixable. Wrong valve installed by Jessie and then a new ice maker installed by Eric which was not needed and not same size. Eric took the old ice maker and would not leave it. There was nothing wrong with the old ice maker. D3 has the old ice maker and will not return it. I probably now will have to replace the Sub Zero refrigerator. Very poor performance by D3 technical experts except for Ralph.

Ralph is the absolutely best for subzero refrigerator and I only want Ralph to work on our appliances! Thank you Ralph!

The repair has not worked. It appears that the diagnosis was not accurate or the workmanship was not good.
