Anthony came by and did not come into our home. He confirmed that there is a defect with the design of our dryer and it will never function on the normal settings using moistures settings. He stated that he would put this on his report and after getting the email with the SRS number, we should contact Costco. In the email he sent to us, it appears that he stated that our unit had no problems. We have the opposite recorded.
