Efficient!!

The service is excellent but my refrigerator still doesn't freem or make ice

Jason was friendly, efficient, and professional. He replaced the control board in my washer and ran a cycle to make sure it was working before he left. Asked if i noticed any other issues? (no). a job done right! Thank you, Jason.

Tye came and fixed my washer very quickly. He was efficient and neat and a pleasure. Besides, just coming here to do what he needed to do, he was truly empathetic as I’m caring for a 97-year-old and really needed to be able to wash towels and sheets and other laundry. He gave me tips about doing laundry and how to keep the washer working efficiently. He genuinely cares and he puts himself into others shoes. He was really great. He’s funny too.

Overall, you guys have done a great job!… you guys are easy to get a hold of on the phone, kept me updated with text and emails which I like!…The only time that left me a little disappointed was the last visit (there were 3 total) I feel like you guys kind of dropped the ball. The tech left my house with the oven still not connecting to Wi-Fi and still can’t hit confirmed button to do anything, it will not work. After spending over an hour on the phone with the tech line, they determined that two visits ago when you guys replaced the touchpad, the main brain of the oven as well as all of the wiring harnesses… That the device and serial number and model number were not programmed correctly and therefore, they said the unit is no good and the whole oven needs to be replaced now!…which at this point is what I wanted to happen since it’s been three visits, three touchpads and still the same issue. honestly, this whole experience has been a nightmare, but it’s not the repair company’s fault. It’s a shitty design done by whirlpool…. they told me I need to start covering my food when I use the air fryer function… I shouldn’t have to do that!

David worked hard to fix our dryer issue! He is always kind and courteous. I appreciate his hard work!

Aaron has worked on our Whirlpool washer at least two times. He is very professional and thorough in his work. He has repaired our washer lid twice and we appreciated the fact that he ordered a total lid replacement this time. Hopefully this solves Whirlpool’s washer issue. Thank you Anita LaVelle

Carlos is an extremely polite, competent, skilled technician. He initially figured out what the problem was, ordered the replacement part, Thoroughly checked out the rest of our stove and was able to reinstall the replacement within a week. He was scheduled to return sooner, but the part was delayed in shipping He’s a complete asset to your team!!!
