2/24/26 AB: CC that front left burner is not working. Tech removed the burner assembly and found debris by the igniter. Tech service the burner and tested functions. All operations restored.

Replaced halogen lamp

2/19/26 AB: CC glass top is damaged and will need to be replaced. Tech uninstalled the unit and replaced the glass top. Tested unit and found no further issues. Cleaned up surrounding area for any glass and cleared out below cabinetry.

2/17/26 Abias: removed and replaced damaged glass top. Relieved unit to avoid damage from cabinets.

Customer was complaining that the broilers on both ovens were not igniting properly or at all but when I got here they did ignite but the left one took a little long to ignite on its own most likely due to Greece build up from cooking. We are burning off the broilers to help clean them out and that may resolve the issue. No mechanical failure found.
