Replaced door switch

Unit needs new control unit. Customer declined estimate for repair. RKAuth E9AL44

Unit previously tripping constantly prior to electrician isolating circuit for blower. Has only tripped once since. Contacted Techline and asked what could be cause. Cust was told there is a heat sensor on control board that might be faulty. Techline says no sensor on board. Minimum distance is 26 and unit is installed at 25.25. At this point unit is unrepairable unless can move installation past 26. Cust can bypass issue if unit runs unit addl time after cooking to remove any excess heat. Replaced board test it and test it good it came up and down

Button for light is stuck and light not working. Replaced switch assembly and tested.

Replaced fan

Customer complaint that unit beverage cooler runs constantly as well as evap fan making loud noise. Checked unit and found that thermistor is failing and evap fan bearings are wearing out. Recommend replacing both items. "Customers complaint was that the unit was leaking. Upon further investigation, found that customer had issue with exhaust vent and during the last rainstorm, the wind was causing the rain to go into the exhaust vent and come down the hood. Did inspection of hood vent found no damage no errors and is unit running properly."
