Colorado's premier appliance service and repair company has an immediate opening for an experienced call taker/ customer service representative. Our customer service representatives are our customer's first interaction with D3/A-OK Appliance, and they are our problem solvers for both our customers and technicians when needed. 

Summary: Duties include answering telephone calls/texts & scheduling service visits. Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. Complete understanding of the company's concepts, practices, and procedures. Must rely on experience and good judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Must have the ability to think out of the box. Ability to remain calm and collected in order to handle escalation calls. Fosters a culture of personal responsibility, demonstrating the company's values and code of conduct in daily interaction.

Essential Functions: 

Answering incoming phone calls/ texts.

 Attention to detail, written and verbal communications.

Ability to perform client/call center support functions 

Performs a variety of support tasks.

Customer Service Requirements

  • Highschool Diploma or GED
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Computer knowledge required
  • Typing ability required
