Found that pump was jammed so I freed it up and did not find anything actually jamming it. Tested and all checks okay. You're not fully hooked up and I left it as I found it but I did run diagnostics and listen for valves and tested the motor functionality and all of those checks good too

"Dryer is working fine but will not dry properly until vent is secured to wall connection. Wall connection flange is crushed and will not hold a clamp, also vent was cut too short to make a loop. Would have to pick washing machine up over dryer for any room to work because of limited space. Customer needs a custom install to fix his situation. RK"

The serviceman, Tye, was excellent; knowledgeable, efficient & professional! The service scheduling process took a while, but was communicated well & even gave tracking info for our 4-hour appointment window. Very nice! The Amana ice maker section seems poorly designed. It still does not crush ice & gives cubes slowly. The leak was well repaired.
