"Ran the dryer and it will not heat up. Took the unit apart and the high limit thermostat is bad, looked at the element and the heating element is warped, recommend replacing thermostats and heating element. Replaced both thermostats and heating element. Put the unit back together and tested it, dryer heating up and vent is clear to the outside. Dryer working great."

Installed part for recall. NOT HASS COMPATIABLE. Tested operation. Asked CX to complete the survey.

Issue is off balance when in spin. I tightened up loose suspension bolts but unit still shakes. I ran HASS diagnostics and passed. Customer is moving 3/15/23 and suspension parts wont be here in time to replace. I recommended that CX contacts Samsung and let them know when he and appliance arrive at new residence and get a local appliance company to order parts and remedy issue.
