Unit was unplugged and had just been in deforest, advise customer 12-24 hours to get down to temp. Also explained to customer that low/no food in fresh food or freezer compartment can cause fluctuating temps."

"Customer states sometimes there is standing water in bottom of dishwasher. Cleaned filters of debris. Customer states milk water in bottom of unit, advised to switch detergent from pods with jet dry (they also add rinse aid) to cascade liquid and use rinse aid. Over sudsing had occurred on unit. Advised customer to keep eye on unit when loading, showed customer how to rectify over sudsing concern it it happens again."
