The service experience was excellent, Richard did a great job on a what appeared to be a tight and difficult job. The overall scheduling and menu bots and being told people will call and discovering emails a day later not the best. It would be nice to be able to speak to someone local instead of bots in Colorado, and then after a long wait a human, but that seems to the way of the world anymore. Again the actual work that Richard did was great! Thank you its just the world has changed I get it.
