Not cooling. Plugged in power and let fridge run for about 25 minutes. No frost pattern on evap and compressor is running. Advised customer of sealed system issue. Gave customer pricing info and they will work with their home warranty

"Spoke to Steve with Whirlpool TS. We went over the procedure for loading the fridge when call dropped. Called back and spoke to Aaron. He had me take pictures of the damper and cabinet. He also had me take a picture with a level against the cabinet. Bottom of level goes flat against the cabinet and then there is a gap up top. Aaron advised that the gap is likely allowing extra cold air to come through. He attached his notes to the previous file number they gave me. Advised customer of issue, gave file number and referred them to Whirlpool customer service for assistance"

Replaced thermistor. Set to ideal currently. Customer will monitor

Installed parts tested machine. Customer to monitor

Found broken wires rewired and installed parts tested machine working as should.
