I contacted Joe head of the warehouse. Joe had left the unit plugged in for multiple days and reported that the unit was cooling appropriately in the freezer and in the fridge. Joe was advised to contact me if he has any further issues.

The units drain pump was replaced and the unit was tested. The unit drained but was hesitant about it. There was no leaking and a water test strip was provided. The customer is going to try it tonight and let me know if it has any issues.

"I called the customer upon arrival and they were running a little late. I stood by until they arrived at approx. 1130 HRS. The units parts were replaced, the unit was put into a vacuum and the recommended amount of R600 was charged in. The unit began the cool and the customer is going to monitor."

The parts were replaced in the unit. Tech line was contacted to assist with a voltage issue (7739757346). The unit tested good after completion and is now heating correctly.

"The unit was evaluated and was found to have a bent frame, damage to the inner liner and is not cooling correctly. Photos are attached, Tech Line was contacted (7739701653). The unit is unrepairable and Jo the wearhouse manager was advised of the information."
