got signiture on disclameropened unit found top rack was out of placeremoved rack and found that the track was not connected to the inside rail. assembled track and top rack. installed glass washer connection. unit tested good please fill out the tech servey.

Customer indicated that when push on it and tried to lift top it cracked. Some one else had been out on this unit and thats when it occured. took pics. some areas it looks like something was dropped on it. Cracks go all across the glass. called tech line. SR#7739806012 Suggest call trade care team.SR# 7739544929 They indicate that they will not cover every indication it is a impact crack. customewr refused to sign at all.

Signed disclaimer. Unit not level. Leveled it. Put a couple of towels in it. Started a quick cycle let the yowels get soaked. Then put into a drain and spin. Spins good. Spins smooth as should with a balanced load. Then just put in one towel. Unit does shake as should but doesnt walk. Checked stabilizer are in excellent shape. Customer needs to be aware that loads can get out of balance enough that they will shake excessively. If this is the case pause unit and balance the load and then restart. These baskets float in these units so they can bang around if the load is excessively out of balance. Please fill out tech satisfaction survey. Thank You.

"Customer signed disclaimer. Ice tray hard to remove hung up and wont auger out ice. He had shut icemaker off for a few days cause he couldnt remove it. Finally got it out. Cleaned out old ice and some were stuck together. Checked setting Frz set to 5 degrees F.F. set to 37 Adjusted Frz to 0 degrees this is the normal setting. Put into service diagnostics test 36, 37 checked ok. Test 3 ok. Called tech line. Believes temp setting of frz was affecting the icemaker. Also checked condenser it is clear and fan is running.
