Signed dfisclaimer. F8E1 Long fill Removed unit found lots of blk grit in inlet valve screens. Removed them and cleaned good. Replaced drain pump assy. Also drain hose where it attaches to hose coming out of machine it kinks. Adjust drain hose so it stays open and drains good. Put into service test 12 does fine no issues is working as designed. Customer needs to be aware that if unit gets out of balance enough unit wont spin properly. It will try to balance the load but if it cant at some point it will stop. Load can be paused and move items around. Depending on what is being washed may require removing or adding items. Do not over fill. Cloths need to tumble to be able to balance load. Please fill out tech satisfaction survey. Thank You.
