Carlos did a great job in repairing our Jennair ice maker and previously our Jennair microwave. He is friendly, punctual within time frames given and professional. Give him a 5/5! Unfortunately it took 3 visits for each appliance repair because D3 does not carry supplies on their trucks, so they have to order the replacement parts and have to wait for them to arrive ( or get tracking notice) before scheduling the second or third visits (if they do not get all the parts in first shipment). Long process and a lot of appointments is inconvenient. Also D3 did not have us down as having the 3 year warranty so that was a hassle to get Jennair to update their records and communicate with D3 and still had to have vender call D3 to confirm we had the 3 year warranty. In the end they honored the warranty and so far the repairs are completed.

We have used D3 Appliance Repair before and had such a great experience with Ralph that we specifically asked for him again when our KitchenAid refrigerator/freezer began having problems with the ice maker, water dispenser, and ice delivery system. Parts availability stretched the repair process out over much of the summer, but Ralph was excellent throughout. He is knowledgeable, professional, careful in our home, and always takes the time to do the job right. We especially appreciated our final visit on the Friday before Labor Day. Ralph worked us into his very busy schedule, quickly diagnosed the faulty ice auger, repaired it, and had everything working properly again in no time. Ralph is a real asset to D3 Appliance Repair.
