Ralph was excellent! He called me on his way so I knew for sure when to expect him. He was polite and asked if I preferred if he removed his shoes. He was respectful of my home. He was efficient. Friendly. He cleaned up after himself and notified me when he was done, and took away all materials. I wish all repairmen were as conscientious and did such a good job!
