I had told GE we needed a new belt and to please let the repair person know to order a belt before coming to the scheduled appointment. I also sent two pictures of the belt to the repair person stating we needed a new belt. When Nathan arrived he did not have a new belt. I had ordered a new belt myself and asked Nathan, if he could put it on which he said sure! Well, he didn’t run the machine to make sure it was on. When I ran a small load of laundry the belt fell off right away. I’ve been dealing with this same issue for almost 4 months. I either need a new machine or the actual problem resolved.
