"The new freezer door and refrigerator door were delivered damaged with dents and scratches. Pictures were taken. The customer was advised of the damages and agreed to take the doors anyways. The customer wanted to note that the fridge was running more than usual because of the old doors not sealing correctly. The new door seals seal better than the old ones. However, there was still a gap in the top left-hand corner of the fridge and bottom left-hand corner of the freezer. The customer was advised on how to turn the unit to a less cool setting and is going to keep an eye on the doors for approximately a week to see if those gaskets sealed better overtime. Rick was notified."

The units freezer fan was replaced as well as the wiring harness. The old fan had a break in its connection and was not spinning consistently. Customer was advised to monitor unit over the next 48 hours and contact us back if there was any further issues. The evaporator had a good frost pattern.

The units parts were replaced and the unit was tested. The unit performed well. The customer was advised to follow up with any issues and was provided a business card.

"The unit drain pump was replaced, the unit was tested and appears to be working. The customers will monitor a water test strip, and a business card were provided to the customer."
