A3 scheduling is the most customer unfriendly that i've experienced but the tech knew his stuff and got'er done

We have an older AGA stove that has not worked for 6 months. Numerous repair people have been out to fix it, but none could figure it out. We never heard back from any of them. We were about to throw the stove out, figuring that it was impossible to fix. In calling around one day as a last attempt to try and repair our stove, I found D3. They sent Ralph to our home. He was the ONLY person who actually took the time to research and figure out what the problem was. Ralph went above and beyond for our family. He returned several times with different ideas as to what could be the problem. He was able to get our stove back up and running (even better than before!), and we are so grateful! Ralph is super knowledgeable...but more than that he was so kind and thoughtful in helping us. I would HIGHLY recommend Ralph and D3. If we ever have another appliance issue, they will be the first people we call.

Eric arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem with our freezer, and ordered parts right away. When the parts came in he returned and fixed the problem. Thank you!
