"JG June 9th 10:00 am spoke with client , provided eta 75 mins Pre existing floor scratches / flooring under unit is not secured. Clients concern : when client opens door toAdd additional items to be washed after a cycle is already in progress the unit freezes up and not responding. Has happened multiple times. Blue light a kick plate flashing. E14 code present.Spoke with tech support, advised to replace board , user interface and door latch assembly as interrupting cycle has caused a communication issue between electrical components.Unfortunately the boards needed are no longer available and there are no substitutes.Client paid diag with cc"

2/4/26 AB: CC that unit is running but not cooling properly. Tech looked over unit and found it to be stuck in a defrost. Tech removed and replaced the timer and set the unit back into defrost. After about 30 minutes the unit turned back on after the defrost was done. Service complete
