CX claims dryer had smokey smell during first time using. I checked out all electrical components. No signs of burns. I ran a test cycle and not getting a smoke or burn smell. I believe the heating element had oil on coils from manfacturer and has been burnt off. HASS keeps getting HC error.

Both technicians were extremely nice and very respectful. Just disappointed that the ordered parts came in Damaged and now have to wait longer to have the appliance repaired.
