Signed disclaimer. Customer has not been able to use oven at all. Pops breaker. Perform TSP W11490386 SP# S941EF Checked pwr 245 vac good checked bake and broil elements to grd none. Checked neutral to grd is open good. Inspected all electrical wiring look good. Removed grd wire.Checked amperage of bake and broil 10.7 and 14.9 ok. Let unit heat up to 500 degrees bake and then broil. Turned on all top burners While oven is heating. checked total amp draw 36.5 ok. L1 and L2 Checked breaker is 40 amp. Reconnected grd wire test operation of unit again to see if breaker pops it did not working as should. Called safety team. SR# 7740794503

checked unit MN/SNcustomer signed disclamer.unplugged unit and removed control panel.removed control and unhooked all wires to control.removed contron board and installed new control board.reassembled unit put unit into tech mode and ran a DLMS Calibration cycle and then ran a factory calibration cycle. checked for fault codes unit had no codes. started unit on a normal cycle. unit started filled and ran pump working as designed. I didnt ordered a pump and did not receve one to install. tested unit good. please fill out a tech service servey.thank you.

checked unit MN/SNcustomer signed the disclameropened parts good.opened unit and removed top panel removed the water filter and the water valveunhooked the power and the water lines.installed new water valve and reattached the water lines and power.put the water filter back in and checked the unit for leaks = no leakes. I reassembled the unit. and tested out the water valve unit dispencess water to ice machne and the water tap. unit tested good.thank you and please fill out a tech servey.
