Bottom door hits door strike. Door has to be lifted for the strike to fit. No visible issues with the oven or doors. Adjusted door hinges and door strike and now door closes smoothly like the top one. Customer confirms doors close smoothly now. Advised customer of survey

Jeff fixed the problem with the stove and was helpful with providing some user information. If he can provide a “ how to use” manual I will give him a five. Although he never would say why the stove needed a reset so I don’t have this problem again.
