Arrived and customer told me that the frig is being replaced.

Installed ice maker couldn't hear any abnormal noises

Tech-Line was contacted SR7739950371. The unit was deemed unrepairable due to a defect in the liner on the left side. Photos were attached. The parts were replaced to see if the defect was manageable however the drawer still fell out. The customer was given the SR# and advised to contact Customer Service for further instructions per Tech-Line. Photos were attached.

The parts were replaced. The customer is going to monitor and follow up if need be. The customer was provided a business card.
