The unit lid latch and bezel was replaced. The unit was tested and confirmed that the lid latch locked and unlocked during the start and end of the cycle. The top lid to the unit was damaged upon arrival. The customer stated the other company could not get the lid off so he bent the right side up to access the drum area. There was no visible damage. It was just hard to get the lid off and on where the metal was slightly bent.

"The unit has damaged rollers, damage belt, and a damaged motor. It appears that the element in the back is heating and creating a burning smell. Parts of been ordered to repair the unit as soon as they arrive will reschedule to come back out. ; ordrng 1 W11126010 (Motor Assembly) and 1 WP697772 (Blower Wheel) and 1 WP3387747 (Element) and 1 280148 (Thermal cut off) and 1 W10909685 (Thermal Fuse) and 1 4392067RC (Dryer Repair Kit)"

The part was received. The unit was tested. It is working appropriately. Customer has our business card and will reach out if theres any issues.

Tech line was contacted SR7740022247. The units main board was replaced and the unit was recalibrated. The unit was tested multiple times and worked appropriately. The customer was provided a business card and will follow up with any issues. The old board that was pulled out and had multiple stickers containing different serial numbers.

The units parts were replaced. The unit was tested with no issues noted. The customer was advised to follow up if they have any issues with the unit. The customer was provided a business card.
