This is not a re work & is a separate issue.The unit is cooling fine and the client had put a new ticket in for the mullion flapper that was annotated as pre existing damage in the old claim.I spoke with tech support and explained the prior history and they declared the claim denied.Spoke with warranty and gave them tech support ruling. They said to close out and collect and they annotated that this is not a call back.

"JG 1126 am April 9Replaced comp and filter Nitro checked for leaks Vacuumed to spec Charged to spec Verified cooling at coil , took picture to show client unit running.Client brought to my attention an additional issue ( pre existing ) during final checks that the million flapper was not activating checked it to find its missing a spring and its housing is cracked. Advised to open new ticket Called wright tech. Says to have client call in for new ticket regarding any other issues"
