Customer replaced fill valve do to not filling with water. He also removed drain pump to inspect impeller and when he put pump back on he did not get the alignment correct so it leaked at the drain pump. I completed the drain pump install and tested for leaks and found no leaks. Then I notice the unit was not draining and found the siphon break on the back of the sink was clogged with a white chunky substance. Cleared the siphon break and unit drained fine but I did notice that more white stuff was coming out. I believe that stuff was old residue from the machine not being used for an extended period of time and it is crusted sediment from drain hose. Informed customer that there is no warranty for work performed especially due to customer performing prior repairs.
